Gabrielle Croteau, 99, of Manchester, NH, died October 24, 2010, at St. Teresa's Healthcare Center, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on October 11, 1911, to Albert and Angelina (Dumaine) Bouvier, and was a lifelong resident of Manchester's West Side, attending St. Marie Parish schools. She was a communicant of St. Jean Batiste parish all of her married years.

Mrs. Croteau is survived by her husband of 67 years, Maurice Croteau of Manchester, their daughter, Denise Gagnon of Bedford, a brother, Marcel Bouvier of Bedford, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by eleven brothers and sisters and by her young daughter, Muriel.

IN HER LIFE: Gabrielle worked for many years at both Hudson and Machinist, in ladies apparel. Her life revolved around her family. She was a wonderful, witty and fun-loving wife, mother and "memere" and will be greatly missed by all.

Other family members include her son in-law, Gerard Gagnon, four grandchildren--Ken Gagnon, Amy Kercsmar, Rebecca Hager and Lauren Messina--as well as five great-grandchildren.

SERVICES: Calling Hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 250 Coolidge Ave., Manchester, on Monday from 6:00-8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Parish of the Transfiguration, 305 Kelley St., Manchester on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to NH Catholic Charities, 215 Myrtle St., Manchester, NH 03104.

Crotteau, Arthur - 1925-2006 The family announces with sorrow his death at the Anson General Hospital in Iroquois Falls, on Saturday, June 3rd, 2006 at the age of 80.

Beloved husband of Kathleen ne Boznik and dearest father or Arlene Milt Jaworski of Iroquois Falls, and Brian Rockline Crotteau of Pembroke. Cherished grandfather of Dawn Brad George of Denver Colorado, Antony Claudia Jaworski of Chapelau and Traci Crotteau of Pembroke.

He will be missed by his brother Doug Crotteau of Kanata. Predeceased by his parents Noel and Eva Crotteau, as well as one brother and three sisters.

As per the family's request, there will be no visitation at this time. As a memorial to Arthur, a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows, memories live. Donations may be made in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society Cheques only, and would be appreciated by the family.
