The 1911 Canadian census displays Louis HOULE as a boarder not a husband. Since he has been living with this family for so long, I have assumed that Rose born 1907 is his child since William died in 1902.
I'll have to wait for the 1921 Canadian census to confirm this information I suppose. It is expected to be published about the year 2010 or so.
