ROCHESTER - Priscilla R. (Croteau) Ramsey, 81, of Temple Drive, Rochester, died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2006, at the Hospice House in Concord.
She was born in Rochester on Nov. 9, 1924, the daughter of Ernest and Kilda (Lefebvre) Croteau.
During World War II, she worked as a machinist for the Navy. For most of her career, she was a seamstress, mother and homemaker.
She enjoyed volunteering at Frisbee Memorial Hospital and taking shut-ins out to lunch and for ice cream.
Family members include her husband of 50 years, Edward E. Ramsey; a son, Edward W. Ramsey of Florida; a daughter, Audrey R. Peters of Milton; and several nephews and nieces.
There are no calling hours. Inurnment will take place Friday at 1 p.m. in the columbarium at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Concord Hospice House, 250 Pleasant St., Concord 03302. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is in charge of arrangements.
