Ronald N. Croteau Ronald N. Croteau 1946 - 2008 CHICOPEE - Ronald N. Croteau, 61, of Chicopee, died on Monday, March 17, 2008 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.
He was a retail store construction contractor.. Ronald was born on December 6, 1946 in Holyoke. He was the son of Rosaire and Mary Jean (Gagne) Croteau.
Ronald was a Building Inspector in Holyoke for many years. He was a 1965 of Chicopee Trade School and an Army veteran of the Vietnam Era and received a Bronze Star.
Ron is survived by two sons, Ronald Meyer in the Armed Services and Jeremie Meyer of Indian Orchard; two brothers, Paul Croteau of Brimfield and Richard Croteau of Westfield, a sister, Anita Page of Chicopee and his former wife, Nora Meyer of South Hadley.
Burial and military honors will be held at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam at 1 pm on Thursday, March 27, 2008. Calling hours at the Cierpial Memorial Funeral Home on 69 East St. in Chicopee Falls, will be held on Wednesday, March 26th from 6 to 9 pm.
