ESTHER GRALINSKI AMHERST, Esther {Croteau} Gralinski, 78, died Saturday, July 14, 2007, at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Born in Holyoke on March 21, 1929 she was the daughter of the late Peter J. and Grace M. {Jarry} Croteau.
Along with her husband Joseph, she was a longtime proprietor and operator of a vegetable stand in South Amherst. She was a communicant of Most Holy Redeemer Church.
Esther was a caring and supportive mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her husband, Joseph N. Gralinski, died ten years earlier.
She is survived by three sons; Thomas Gralinski of Huntington, Raymond Gralinski of Bennington, VT, and Joseph N. Gralinski, Jr. of Greenfield, two daughters; Susan Gralinski of Petersham, MA, and Nancy Neaves of Plano, TX, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A Mass of
Christian Burial will be Thursday, July 19, at 9:00AM in Most Holy Redeemer Church, Hadley with burial following in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Hadley. There are no calling hours.
