Chicopee- Donna Marie (Croteau) Cortis, 60, of Chicopee st. died February 27, 2010, at the Baystate Medical Center.
She was born in Holyoke. Donna is the daughter of Dorothy (Sullivan) Croteau and the late Edward Croteau. Donna will be missed and was loved by everybody she meet.
She was predeceased by her husband Daniel R. Cortis Sr. in 2001. Donna is survived by her mother, her children, Daniel r. Cortis, Jr., and his wife Jenn, Donna Cortis Plowucha, Bobby-Jo Cortis and William T. Cortis Sr., her long time campanion Howard Clark Sr., her brothers, Francis Connor, David Danny and Rene Croteau, her sisters, Gail Moore, Sandra Browner, Edith Pouilot and Susan Croteau and her sister-in-laws, Ella Hewins and Blanche Wright, she also leaves 17 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Family and friends may attended a celebration of Donna's life held on Sunday March 14, 2010, from 2-6pm at the VFW Post 6645, (Rt. 20) 384 Huntington Rd. Russell Mass. 01071. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or The American Diabetes.
